Cancellation Policy Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the office scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We also understand emergencies happen for you as well for us, so please don't hesitate to call, or text us if something urgent does come up. Do not reply to this email, it is not monitored. Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours are subject to a service fee. Appointments that are no-shows are subject to the entire appointment fee. Please let us know if you have any questions.
